"Good location, nice pool area, decent size room overlooking the lake."
"Restaurant played very loud music 12-11pm despite no diners most of time - really disturbed bedroom. Plumbing in bathroom aging with constantly running toilet and long wait for hot water. Pool towels seemed to be provided to guests who insisted but not readily available."
"Super nice and comfy room with mood lights and great amenities in terms of bathing. The pizza in the restaurant is freshly made and worth a try."
"What we didn’t like were the prices of the restaurant. We paid an excessive amount for a small side salad. The risotto was also overpriced and shouldn’t even have been on the menu because it didn’t come with the promised mushroom sauce or portobello mushrooms (champions instead)."

"Me pareció bien el alojamiento las instalaciones, la atención del personal es buena, la cercanía con Avándaro y con el centro muy bien, pero cierto que también les falta un poco más en las instalaciones, ya que son fríos los cuartos necesitan tener calefacción por la temporada de invierno, pero aún así les doy un 89 a las habitaciones."
"El servicio de alimentos no fue de nuestro agrado al personal le falta capacitación, no hay un capitán o gerente que supervise el servicio de los meseros les falta mucho en lo que es la parte del restaurante y algunos alimentos. "This hotel is in the perfect location. It is very close to restaurants, stores and market as well as transportation and beaches. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs or roosters. The setup of the building is perfect to create a sanctuary around the pool area."
