"Loved how closse we were to open market , great restaurants close. Pool is great temp and inviting. Service staff was fantastic. A little more English would help."

"Unfortunately...water here in Bucerías for some is at a premium. Many require water deliveries daily..I've stayed at this hotel a few times..and all three times, they have sent me a message later in the evening saying they are experiencing water issues and that it will be restored in the morning. The infrastructure here hasn't kept up-to-date with the demand and it is unfortunate that the hotel cannot keep up with their own water supply...either with a cistern or other means of storage."

"The rooms, particularly the bathrooms were very tired and in need of updating. When we booked it advertised a roof terrace but this was closed. The key to our room was very temperamental and on one occasion we, nor the reception staff could get into the room!"

"The pool, the first week was good. The second it was not circulating or cleaned for 4 or more days! This is not acceptable. Do they take regular water tests? Lack of care. I felt it was a health risk. The one day I swam with my head in the water I was a little bit sick through the night. Hard to say if it was because of the swimming pool or something else. I like to get a place with a kitchen so that I can control the little bit of my diet restrictions that I have. I'll spend two weeks in Bucerias but I will be in Mexico for 4 months. The kitchen was not equipped to do any great meal prep. I boiled water. The pots are ruined as the Teflon coating is peeling, no lids. There's no cutting board there's no kitchen knife, serving spoons or flipper. Microwave doesn't work. The beds are Mexican hard ones which is okay as I'm a back sleeper. The sheets are cotton which I would expect at any Hotel. The towels are getting very worn the first ones were rough. There's no chair or table in my room. 1 chair and table outside my room as well as a nice couch and coffee table. For the early mornings and later in the evening it would be nice to sit inside to eat, write or have tea where the bugs don't bother me. The cleaning products are highly fragrant which is a debilitating problem for some people. One day bleach was used or spilled in the room. The smell was so strong my eyes were burning. The floor was re-mopped once I notified the service desk. My room was main floor off the pool. The facility has great potential or at one time was top notch. For the price I expected a functional kitchen and a pool I can swim in daily without worrying about my health. As a lifeguard in my youth I know a lot about pools and health regulations."

"The front area with bar, sitting area, bakery and front desk were all nice. Pool area was also good. Although some deck boards need to be replaced. Location was convenient for most places."

"Flat out, the room was completely warn out. It's in dire need of renovation and updating. Kitchen pots should be thrown out and replaced. The walls were frankly disgusting. Covered in dirty hand marks and squashed insect splatter."

"The bed frame and lack of air passing between the floor and the mattress needs serious attention. The stale air coming up from the sides of the mattress is of old wood smell.That smell permeated our clothes, books, and most items we brought home to Canada I washed the clothes, aired the books but the smell remained.Some items we had to throw out.Please replace the wood and drill holes along the bed frame for aeration.The lower terraced rooms have the most dampness. Fans did not help.We originally booked for a week, a top floor unit but were put in the terraced shaded side."

"The staff are awesome. The coffee place inside the lobby was great and very convenient. The location is very central, and you have a huge array of restaurants all around you. Walkable. The bed was very comfy. Very clean place. Beautiful pool."

"The only thing that bothered me was the water shortage in the area. Absolutely not the hotels fault. But I felt really bad for the cleaning staff having to deal with gross toilets because it couldn't be flushed.."

"Excellent location on one of the main streets steps away from restaurants and the beach. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Cute small hotel with a great pool area, surrounded by palms and greenery. The rooms were clean and spacious, they had A/C. Our room had a balcony that faced the pool and we loved to chill in the balcony. The price was very good for the location. We would come back ."

"The only suggestion would be to do an upgrade to the bathrooms and showers. They are a bit dated."
