"Fast friendly check in. The restaurant was good and we did not have to leave the property to find a better meal. We came the day school was back in so there were almost no guests. Very quiet and restful. The massage was 550 pesos and we recommend the service."

"It's a very good place, the personnel is very kind and helpful. The turtle release every day is amazing, the crocodile place also, and the food is superb. I'm very happy with my reservation here."
"The only points to improve, are: The facilities look a little old, the internet is very slow and only have cover in a few public areas (lobby, restaurant, and pool), and many of the hotel areas are sub-utilized due to lack of personnel to organize these activities, like the volleyball field, football camp, etc."

"Nos quedamos en la Cabaña 3, y la puerta: * Hacía mucho ruido incluso abriendo muy despacio * No tiene forma de dejarla abierta Las almohadas se nos hicieron muy bajas, tal vez valdría la pena que tuvieran almohadas extras (tampoco se nos ocurrió solicitar más) Y creo que la cabaña debería de tener por defecto una mesa y sillas en la terraza. Nosotros tuvimos que solicitarla."
