Rooms were very clean and comfortable for both nights but totally different in size - first small with no window, second large and light with lots of space to move around. Reception staff were helpful recommending local transport, and with an on-site restaurant it was a very convenient place to stay"

"I asked for information about a bus or shuttle between Los Mochis and El Fuerte and they said there wasn’t one. I did my own research online and found there’s a bus terminal 5 minutes walk away from the hotel with frequent transport. Some more local knowledge would be nice but I still liked my stay there."

"This hotel has a central location and street parking out front. A security guard said he watches the cars all night; he was pleasant and helpful. Other staff were ambivalant about the guests."

"I was quite annoyed as they did not charge my credit card in pesos at the contracted rate; rather they added a 6.5% exchange cost and charged in dollars. My credit card has zero percent exchange cost, so this added to the bill. I did not approve such a thing and it wasn't mentioned to me. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I return."
