"La situació. Molt ben situat dintre del Centre Històric, aprop del Zócalo i la zona monumental d'època colonial. El personal, molt amable, servicial en recepció i diligents també els cambrers i grums. Desdejunis molt variats i abundants amb base a la cuixa mexicana."

"No air conditioning and the fan in the room didn't work. There was a replacement portable cooler, but it was so, so loud it was impossible to sleep with it on. Restaurant staff accused us of taking breakfast without paying on the 2nd day, and wouldn't concede that we didn't need to pay even when we showed them the booking email that confirmed breakfast was included. It took 10 minutes to convince them that we didn't want to pay twice for something we already paid for. Eventually they conceded after speaking to reception a couple of times. No apology whatsoever, rude and arrogant waiter."
