"Good rooms everything functional. Service people were helpful. A bit of cultural touch in the hotel as the rooms had different colours and floors. Heated swimming pool was additional bonus."

"Location was great, right in the centre, so you could walk to sites and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a musican playing. Rooms were clean and spacious."

"There is a pub close by and during our entire stay (Thursday to Monday), they played live music which was loud and we could hear. Music started at 10pm and would stop around midnight. Not sure if this is regular or only occured because it was the period of the day of dead, but it was a surprise as I haven't seen this mentioned in other reviews."

"The hotel has a great location. It’s very close to the main attractions. All areas are very clean, but the hotel is a bit dated, however this is even the case of all inclusive 5 stars hotels. The beds are comfy, for a short stay it’s a perfect choice. The guys at the front door very kind and helpful. You have a great view on the whole city from the higher floors."

"The staff at the reception quite annoyed. The pool water was ice cold, even on a hot day it was impossible to use it. The breakfast is tasty and you have a big variety, however be aware that it is Mexican type of breakfast and not a typical continental one. I didn’t like that it was not possible to open the window in the room."

"Unfortunately for a lovely serene property in a terrific location, staff overall were chilly and off hand. The facjties were lovely. Nice pool. Chilled water in the foyer, a restaurant we didn't use..... but we felt more like we were an imposition than welcome guests for the 6 days we were there"
