"Clean room, excellent breakfast and a wonderful swimming pool"

"Room was large with a king size bed, large TV, desk, safe, free and easy to connect to wifi, USB sockets. Shower and bathroom also spacious with good selection of cleansers. Location is excellent - a short distance from the city centre on the lovely Paseo de Montejo. The buffet breakfast (mostly Mexican food) was good, but quite expensive so we had most of our breakfasts at local cafes. A large swimming pool is enclosed on three sides and combined with an attached jacuzzi was an excellent place to relax. We used Uber most of the time to go downtown at an average cost of €3 - 4 per trip. We rented a car from Eurocar (office in the hotel) for four days to visit sites in Yucatan."

"Such polite, welcoming and efficient staff, from teh reception to the kitchen to the room services staff. Everyone made their best to make it a very warm place. For instance, in the restaurant, Alfonso, remembered that I have black tea in the morning, and would bring it to me right away. Adorable staff!"

"I didn't have a lamp working, and had troubles with the telephone. But when I reported, it was taken care of in minutes."

"The room was very large and clean, the bed comfortable. Lots of space for clothes and toiletries. Did not use the swimming pool or gym. Very good room for meetings. Convenient rental car offices in the building."

"The hotel is surrounded by very busy streets. Traffic noise is very loud in the morning. Not very central but 20 minutes walk to the tourist center. Mostly too expensive for the value."

"Beds were really comfortable, large cool and quiet rooms. Paid extra for the Club membership, in which we were able to take advantage of drinks and snacks in the evening on the 5th floor and a buffet breakfast in the morning. It suited us just to have a few snacks in the evening rather than go back out to find a restaurant, as we had been walking all day. We had some wine and cheese, sandwiches, and pastries. Staff were great."

"Huge, modern hotel above a shopping centre? It sounds awful but it really is very good. Great location. Spacious room. Really comfortable bed with lovely linen. Excellent room servicing. Good shower. Nicely furnished if a little old fashioned. Quiet, clean, safe. Pool great - decent size, good temperature, comfortable sunbeds. Would definitely recommend."
