"I really recommend this place, expensive but worth it, the beds were extremely comfortable which is always appreciated, the three pools were amazing, the restaurant was great and the views were spectacular, the staff was perfect."
"Our room was cleaned every day, but there were some spots that were missed, like the mirrors, the glass wall in the shower, and the dust on the nightstand, again these were minor details but if nobody points them out they will never be fixed, don't get me wrong we loved our stay and would stay there again."

"There was a very bad smell coming from the sink, a lot of waiting time to do the check in and to get help from the reception since there was just 1 person and many customers. Bath tub was not proper cleaned and the water is not hot enough."
"Very comfortable bed. Nice big balcony with fantastic view. Missing furniture at balcony. Very well furnitured inside, but a bit small toilet space. Fantastic breakfast. Pool is under renovation. Hotel is near to city centre. Many restaurants nearby."

"Breakfast wasn’t included but we did eat there one morning. The buffet was big and catered for every taste, I would imagine. The rooms we had were big and comfortable, the swimming pools and gym oh a very good standard. We really enjoyed them. Only 200metres walk to the Zocalo too where we saw and enjoyed some lively Día de Muertes celebrations."
