"Location is excellent close to the shore, in a peaceful, less-trafficker part of the island. Cleanliness is incredible, the staff is literally cleaning the hotel floor continuously, everything feels super clean, they change room towels everyday, clean the rooms everyday, clean new beach towels everyday, make the beds - I really felt incredible. Views from the rooms facing the sea are super nice. The beds are huge - can fit a couple and 2 kids I believe 😌 I also liked the excursion staff - I made 3 excursions with them to snorkel with the sharks, dolphins, turtles, visit the sand bank and the coral garden - all 3 incredible - the guys are really nice, protective and they will also film you underwater."

"My room didn't have a view so always stay at tge sea view room- my window was actually facing the staircase so not recommended. Also there was a bad smell in the bathroom most of the time"

"Our stay in Kinan Boutique has been exceptional. Room was clean, bed super confortable and great bathroom. Hotel staff was very nice and helped us arranging all excursions. Ubication of the hotel is amazing, just in front of the sea. Bikini beach at 1 min walking. Breakfast is served in front of the sea, good quality. Thanks to Faisal and all his team for your work! Highly recommended."

"Great location, very close to a nice public beach. Very friendly staff. The island is small, so everything is easily reachable. This hotel doesn’t serve meals—you have to walk a few minutes to their Kinan Retreat hotel for food. Beds are very comfortable, not too soft. Air conditioning works perfectly. Wi-Fi is poor in the rooms. Only two coffee capsules were provided for a 4-day stay, and there was no kettle in the room. Cleaning and fresh towels were provided every day. No lift to higher floors. Even though a few things weren’t perfect, I still highly recommend this hotel."

"That the restaurant was a 5 min walk to the other side of the island at the retreat. If you needed the toilet, you had to walk back to the boutique."

"First of all, staff was great. We were in Kinan Boutique and the 2 young guys who were cleaning and helping with luggage were friendly and super helpful. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds coming with a huge bathroom. Location was also convenient, close by the bikini beach."

"Poor breakfast, we skipped after first day even though it was paid we opted for other restaurants for food. Also you need to walk to the Kinan Retreat hotel (3/4 minutes) to get your breakfast. I think they are working on building a kitchen / restaurant near Kinan Boutique. Beach chairs were not comfortable… and hard to handle. Sound… mosque can be heard from most of the hotels I would guess as the island is small."

"Brand new design hotel right on the beach. Amazing ocean view. Everything clean, very comfortable bed. Reviews sometimes mentioned smell in the bathroom but we have not experienced any. All perfect. Very close to most beautiful bikini beach we have seen so far on local islands."

"New hotel on perfect location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great view on beach. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, easy to book trips, snorkelling tours and boat transfers. Breakfast is very good and served in beach restaurant."
