"I had a great experience renting this apartment. The owner was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, making the process seamless. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Around 5 mins walk to Pereybere’s center and beach. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed two weeks in Le KatoBay Residence and enjoyed our stay a lot. The studio apartment was clean and spacious, and all the comforts (e.g. AC, mini fridge, shower) worked well. The location was also nice: in a peaceful area but within walking distance of the beach, a big grocery store, bus stops, a taxi stand, and multiple restaurants. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, we could stay in the room a few hours after the check-out time without an extra fee, since we had to wait for our return flight nearly until the evening. All in all, we can recommend this place."

"J'aurai aimé une meilleure selection pour la télé (canal satellite par exemple) car nous pour les voyageurs étrangers ou français ont a du mal à comprendre les chaînes indiennes et anglaises donc rien à regarder. Avoir un four à micro-onde dans la chambre serai un plus surtout quand on séjourne sur plusieurs nuit."
"Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und hatte eine kleine private Terrasse. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und bei den Restaurants. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parken direkt am Grundstück hinter einem sicheren Tor ist ein großer Pluspunkt, und der Pool auf dem Gelände war ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt eine großartige Unterkunft – sehr empfehlenswert!"

"L'emplacement proche de la plage. Les places de parking prévues pour chaque logement (ce qui est très rare!). L'accueil et la propreté de la chambre qui est bien aménagée avec une petite terrasse. Le calme !"
