"L'apartament esta ubicat en una zona fantàstica, lluny de les masses turístiques, però a 10 mni de la Valleta en un barri local, les vistes del àtic són fabuloses,, i l'apartament esta molt bé.,silenciós, còmode, net, I amb tot el necessari."

"La relació amb el propietari sempre va ser a través del wassap, freda i poc empàtica. El nostre vol sortia a la tarda vespre, vam demanar fer el check out més tard de les 12,o algun lloc on deixa les maletes i la seva recomanació va ser que anéssim directes a l'aeroport i esperesim allà el vol, donç a Malta el día 1 de Gener no podrien ni dinar, tot tancat. 9 hores amb 2 adolescents de 16 anys a un aeroport petit i ple de gent que retorna de cap d'any no era una bona solució, no vam fer cas a la recomanació i vam poder deixar l'equipatge a un bar i passar el dia a la capital. Bars, restaurants, botigues, la majoria estaven obertes,. Semblant va passar amb la recomanació de on era posible tindre una bona localització per veure els focs artificials de cap d'any de la Valleta, ens va aconsellar desde la festa que es feia a la cottonera, música, gent, focs artificials del municipi, però els de la Valleta quedaven tapats per els edificis que envoltaven la festa, altres vegades les relacions amb els propietaris han estat més empatiques i això sempre és un plus que s'agraeix."

"We were early due to flight times, Ivan had the property ready for us and facilitated the early entry -fabulous Thankyou. He sent messages with recommendations for Taxi - Bolt and bus apps. Taxi service was great. Nice area in the three cities we had a lovely time ( not everything was open due to time of year) Everything you could need was provided in the apartment"

"Beautiful apartment in great location. Short walk to Valletta ferry and easy access to interesting local walks with great restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony lovely. Ivan was instantly available to answer questions via WhatsApp and provided daily information and tips. There were a couple of snacks, a can of beer and a bottle of water for us to enjoy upon arrival."

"The dishwasher was not functioning and television access was an issue. The soap, shampoo and body wash were all really watered down which was a nuisance."

"Verry nice property. Great terrace. A/C everywhere. Quiet neighborhood with a buss stop no more than 20 m from the property. The host was verry comunicative and helpfull."

"The apartment was in a very good location. It was also comfortable and provided all the amenities. Ivan, the owner, was quite helpful and even in a problem that we had with the hot water, he moved us to another apartment, until the next day, when he brought a technician and fixed it. I definitely recommend it."

"Nice quiet area with lovely marina. Apartment was perfect for a couple. Clean and spacious. Balcony was nice giving us lovely views. Birgu is within easy walking distance and the ferry to Valletta is easily accessible too. We did not meet Ivan (the owner) but he was easy to contact and was fantastic in giving us help when needed as well as providing us with all sorts of tips and recommendations. We'd happily go back."
