"So quiet and peaceful, such a lovely welcome from Anthony and a lovely welcome hamper. Anthony lives 2 mins away so local if you ever need anything (we didn't, but knowing he was so close is nice). Pool is lovely and most welcome after a hot day out or just to chill around. Views from the rooftop are amazing especially if you're lucky enough to be there Festa time. Bus stop 2 mins walk away and bus ever hour to Victoria which will then take you everywhere. Simply beautiful, thank you Anthony, his daughter and their cleaner."

"Anthony was extremely helpful and his daughter was too and provided us with an unexpected bundle of food which helped us settle in nicely. When we needed emergency dental treatment they provided excellent recommendations and all was sorted very nicely"

"The roof terrace is exceptional for whiling away a lovely warm evening. The whole property is well equipped and comfortable and the hosts responded immediately to any questions we asked them"

"The farmhouse is in an idyllic position, tucked down a little lane. It is well equipped, very clean, and the owner Anthony is very hospitable. The free hamper of food was well thought and graciously received as we arrived early in the morning and desperate for a cup of tea. The pool may be small, but it's perfectly formed with a jacuzzi facility."

"Anthony's house is amazing with fascinating stone craftsmanship throughout. Good views from the roof, cute pool, charming courtyard feeling. We loved how quiet the location is, with lots of church bells to colour the experience. Anthony was very helpful and left us with treats for our arrival, including wine! Parking is easy, but we relied on the bus which passes about 50m from the villa, every hour. Gharb is QUIET but provides everything you need: 2 grocery stores, restaurant, park, and good fast buses to valletta and dwejra bay (swimming). We walked along the stunning clifftops, swam in Dwejra's inland sea, and ate lots of prickly pears!"
