"I was impressed by the friendly reception from the front desk staff, who immediately understood and solved what customers wanted! The facilities are old, but they were great to relax! The pool facilities were great, too! It was not active, but it was enough to enjoy the water for a vacation!"

"There's a lot of rust! During my 3-day stay, I had to change the shower filter 5 times. Also, how is the room cleaning cycle? I don't know if I should ask for it! It was uncomfortable because the room was not cleaned! In particular, the card key was the most inconvenient! You also need to write the room number on the card. It was difficult because the cards were mixed with my family, and it was inconvenient to recognize how to insert and remove the card. I should change it to a card key to take a picture!"

"Breakfast was kinda hit and miss. Just.. not so tasty somehow. If you sit outside you'll likely get stung by mosquitoes. Flies around the breakfast area outside."

"The resort's ocean-front location was incredible and the grounds are quite lovely. Our room had a fantastic view of the ocean and the resort. Transportation to and from the airport was very handy. A good variety of on-property restaurants and bars."

"The hotel needs a little bit of maintenance and refurbishment in places. Communication from the property could have been a bit better (for example, they said they would contact me regarding our airport pickup, but never followed up)."
