"Everything. Literally felt not like a hotel, but a musem. So fresh, clean and nice. Balcony is big and with nice view. They have all neccecities in the room. The bed was the most comfortable I ever had in hotels."

"Reception staff upgraded our room due to long stay. Room was fabulous, large, well decorated & comfortable with a seating area. Housekeeping serviced the room daily & restocked our water, tea & coffee. Water dispensers on each floor to promote environmentalism. It was lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the water as the sun set. Lovely bathroom, with free-standing bath & L'Occitan toiletries! The restaurant offered a fabulous buffet style breakfast, which was well stocked & of a high standard. We tried a traditional Portuguese sandwich, which was amazing & enough for 2 people!"

"This hotel is nicely tucked away from the roads and has views of the bay with the ferries and helicopters coming and going with visitors from Hong Kong. Upstairs on the top floor is a beautiful bright Terrace where breakfast is served. Gellie and Ardel gave a very warm welcome to me and served me a delicious breakfast- their fried eggs were perfect for me 👌"

"Location was within walking distance of Macau ferry, if like us you're travelling light. A lovely colonial style hotel. Staff friendly and breakfast was very filling. The Portuguese rustic bread was superb."

"This hotel is one of the non-casino hotel, which means not so noisy or crowded. It is located sea-side area of the old town (not Cotai), close to the Sands hotel, the Fisherman' wharf, and Hk ferry terminal. The bed was super-comfy, the bathroom was beautiful with a tub and the l'Occitane products."
