"The place is situated in a quiet area and very secure building. There is a mini store and mexican restaurant on the ground floor. The room is huge and the bathroom/toilet is inside the room. Bed is very comfortable There is early check in and late check out. Sumptuous breakfast (yummy) The host is very accomodating and nice to talk to"

"Place was nice and the family was welcoming and cute to see. The Place is large and is actually a family property extended with a dormitory room and private rooms. This gives a cosy family feel since it is actually lived in and used by the family itself ( including kitchen and dining area). The provided breakfast was nice and fresh made every day. .The place is overall clean. Since the location is on the 12th floor it has great views of the city from both the dormitory room and the private rooms. Thee is multiple bathroom spaces and all of these huge. The family (daughter and son) are very cute and helpful, especially the daughter who can speak English."

"I was hoping to speak with the owners / managers to make some tour guide information, sadly this was not possible as they were already on a tour on my arrival and therefore no one available for any questions. OF course payments and basics was handled by others, just no one for coordination or tour or city details. Also the final location is not easy to find, if booking , please message the property before arriving to ask for Door code and details. I arrived to Regency Residence building location, but there was NO SIGNS and the apartment security person could not speak English and did not know anything about Gobi-Girl. After wondering if i was at the right place i managed to get in touch through booking.com messages and get location and door code. This is a little stress you dont want after a long flight and travels. For others booking, the apartment is inside the Regency Residence building, enter the lobby , there is 2 side doors. You need the door code ( i wont post here for security reasons) and then go to 12th floor. The apartment is #1201. IT looks like a normal apartment door with no signs. This is the right place. Finally the dormitory room is a throughway which has adjoining bathroom and sleeping room attached on top of corridor, sometimes people pass through here while you trying to get some quiet time. ITs not too bad when i went as it was fairly quiet and not busy, but still threw me off a little bit. Otherwise for the price its decent and i liked that it was more cosy and mature compared to a youth hostel."
