"The facility is located right on the banks of the Vardar River. It has warm rooms, clean and comfortable showers and toilets, and a hair dryer. The rooms are cleaned regularly every day. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I come back to Macedonia, I will stay at this hotel again."

"The soundproofing in the rooms is a bit weak. I can hear phone conversations in the next room. There are cafes on the street below the hotel. At night, the music playing in the cafes can be heard in the rooms and may disturb you if you are sensitive. The hotel's Internet service is fast, but the TV's Internet connection is weak. When you open videos on platforms such as YouTube on the TV, there are glitches."

"2nd stay in a month loved it great location, great staff,just read the description its not difficult it tells you the rooms are in a different building,the walk is less than 5 minutes,the hotel give you a video with directions if needed,it also tells you a 10 euro key deposit is needed it takes 5 minutes to collect! Great stay again thank you🥰"

"Location fabulous 5 minutes from main square, Check in is in main hotel about 5 minutes walk away, the building the apartments are in are typically balkan,but once inside its amazing,room was fabulous,spotless clean,really comfortable,great value for money,staff were great Check in really quick,l would definitely stay again all very straight forward 🤩"

"Hotel staff is amazing. The guys at the reception where very welcoming, helpful and had great humor! A very nice way to start my trip in Macedonia. The location is perfect just 2 min from the main square and a 15 min walk to old town. The rooms where very clean and they provide water for you every day. I also booked a massage at the hotel was was very good!"

"Actually I liked my stay there, although it is a bit strange to go to the rooms, as it is not part of the main house. Anyway it is indicated very well and I didnt feel unsafe. The breakfast, which you have to pay extra, was one of the best breakfasts during my trip and more than worth to pay the 10 Euro."

"What really annoyed me and actually I dont understand why such a good hotel doesnt improve on that, was the quality of WLAN. It hardly didnt work. It was not even possible to google. Just messages in Whatspp without photos or videos. I think the hotel should invest in better WLAN or give a sim card for the guests. At the reception and at breakfast, which is at another place, about 400 m away, WLAN is perfect."

"U have to go to the hotel first to collect the Key for the apartment then walk back to apartment around 500m. Also they didn’t have an iron"

"The only negative thing (and i think it is an important issue) was that, in rooms there is no disposable slippers. First i thougt keepers forgot to put in room, but when i asked them, they told me that hotel does not provide diaposable slippers. Other than this, everything was really great!"
