"Clean large room, very friendly staff, who were helpful with our bikes."
"The rooms are tucked down the side on the 3rd floor; the main reception areas are all very smart but the main hotel rooms are still under construction."
"It's in the center, but still quiet. You can walk for 5-10 minutes and then you are at the center with shops, pubs, official institutions. It's a cute small town with lots of trees and very friendly people, whom don't speak a word of English...with some German you can get a little further, here and there. But's it's best if you buy internett access and rely on the map and google translate. The bathroom in my room was squeaky clean. The cleaning staff is excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very polite."

"Very big room and new bathroom. The hotel is located in the city center direct opposite of the big camiia. Nice view, free parking, compfortable bed and big clean shower cabin. Very friendly staff. Very good fresh made breakfast."

"Es gibt drei Frühstücksoptionen, nach Wunsch auch für Vegetarier geeignet abgeändert (z.B. Omelette ohne Schinken dafür mit Tomaten). Auch sonst kann im Restaurant gut gegessen werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die meisten können ein paar Brocken Englisch, ein paar wenige sogar sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Umgebung trotz sehr zentraler Lage, sehr ruhig. Das Hotel wird zurzeit renoviert, doch auch davon bekommt man als Gast wenig bis gar nichts mit."
"Der Raucherbereich im Restaurant ist nur halbwegs abgetrennt, was etwas schade ist. Das ist aber generell in Nordmazedonien so, dass in den meisten Restaurants geraucht werden darf."

"Ukusna hrana u restoranu. Recepcioner ljubazan, pomogao je oko torbi. Preseljeni smo u drugu jedinicu , ne nužno bolju ali veću i udaljeniju od glavne zgrade radi održavanja svatova čime smo dobili mir za odmor pošto smo ostali samo 1 noć. Doručak obilat i ukusan Sve pohvale i preporuka"
