"The staff is so wonderful, kind and helpful and their restaurant is perfect. It is also located in a good quiet area where there are no beggars unlike most hostels I have seen based in the CBD. I would also recommend Jose the cab driver they kept booking for us he made sure locals don’t rip us for when going shopping at the local markets. His car is old but he is good and always prioritised our safety as women. Just have to say this again, the staff is 10/10. If I come back I am definitely staying here again"

"Love the artistic decor of the hotel and the warm and friendly staff, esp the proactive security and facilities guys who were patient with this non- French speaking traveller. Room had a superb view of the hill where the Queen's palace is at and the staff was flexible to allow for late check out as I was stuck in a bad traffic jam. Very safe location (away from the hustle and still walking distance to many places) that is very near amenities and sights such as art galleries, museums, historical sights, the lake, supermarkets, great restaurants and local snack stalls. Love it!"

"I had an amazing stay at Rova Hotel, and the highlight was without a doubt the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. Davino was truly exceptional — not only did he assist us throughout our stay, but he also personally accompanied us to the local supermarket at night so we would feel safe, and even joined us on a visit to the zoo. Patricia was also outstanding, always ready to help and ensuring all our needs were met. When the charging sockets in our room weren’t working, she promptly gave us an extra room, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with — Vola, Sarah, Aurélie, and Nambivina — was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for."
