"The staff was very kind and helpful in all ways. The whole facility is safe with 24h security person on watch. The room is clean, and has hot running water with shower and a very useful little bidet shower, and electricity for most of the day, (i.e. until approx 22h and from early morning, with help of the private power plant). That is good for Madagascar standard, however Europeans should be prepared for the conditions there. There is well-equipped kitchen corner with a fridge in the room. We enjoyed coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool. Location is quiet and good for sleeping, only on one weekend night there was a party in a neighbour house until late, but we did not object as it was an opportunity to hear some traditional local music."

"die Residence Mareva liegt mitten in Tana, umgeben von Restaurants, fußläufjg zum Zentrum und zur Oberstadt, die Gemeinschaftsküche ist gut ausgestattet und man kommt schnell mit einheimischen Reisenden ins Gespräch, das Personal und der Fahrer sehr freundlich. Der 2. Besuch war eie nach Hause kommen."

"First of all: They have Spicy Margarita's! But second, the staff was amazing. Location was a bit outside of Morondave Center so calm and easy. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit the Allée de Baobabs, and get away from the business of the town. Water from tap was drinkable due to an on-site well. Facilities were clean and modern."

Même en étant prêt des endroits festifs on est à l'écart du bruit et de la foule. Un endroit très appréciable avec un service restauration de qualité. "Villa exceptionnelle, très belle, un très grand jardin, une télévision, grand format avec une boxe pour regarder beaucoup de films, l’Internet au débit avec Starlink, l’autre était vraiment très gentil, il nous a accompagné tout au long de notre séjour, il s’occupait de nous, programmer les tuc tuc et nous avons eu un très bon accueil, cela fait un an que je viens à Madagascar, et c’est la première fois que je vois une Location, aussi, belle, avec de l’eau chaude, de la pression dans la douche, une cuisine, équipée avec une plaque gaz, réfrigérateur américain, vraiment exceptionnel. Je recommande sans hésiter. J’ai vu des commentaires de personnes mécontentes , j’appelle cela les éternels insatisfaits"
