"The food was limited and every dinner or breakfast/lunch served basically the same buffet. Our suggestion would be to improve the food quality and reception staff / flexibility and willingness To assist. We had booked a deluxe cottage, booked on booking.com and were given what may have been the worst room in the hotel. After taking this up with reception (and after a time delay of exceptional length), the issue was resolved. It did leave a bad taste in our mouths for the first night. The charming service staff made up for this a hundredfold in the ensuing days. We did really enjoy our stay."

"The rooms are beautiful, nothing to complain about, and have everything you need. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very kind and polite. The pool is HUGE and absolutely stunning. You need a tuc tuc or car to move around."

"It’s very expensive, like the rest of Nosy Be (obviously). Everything is calculated in EUROS, but in my opinion we are in Madagascar and they make a big profit off tourists (again, this is a problem with all resorts in Nosy Be). Dinners at €18 per person, excursions priced as if we weren’t in Africa where the cost of living is much lower. Honestly, if you go outside and take a tuk-tuk you’ll spend much less. Another thing is the sea. Don’t expect to just sit on the beach and swim — you need to move to the nearby islands. Of course, I still gave it a 9 because the resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and I would definitely recommend it. Unfortunately, it’s not only this resort but the whole island — since there are so many Italian and French tourists, prices are extremely high."
