"Prelijep smještaj na lijepoj lokaciji sa divnim pogledom na more. Sve je bilo jako čisto i uredno pri dolasku. Povoljna cijena u odnosu na ostale apartmne u okolini i nudi dosta odvojenih soba za spavanje. Još jedan veliki plus je što smješaj posjeduje svoj privatni parking za više vozila."

"Мы отдыхали в Утьехе на этой вилле и остались в полном восторге! 🌊 Терраса с шикарным видом на море, уютная гриль-зона и просторный дом, где есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания — от множества посуды и кухонной техники (блендер, измельчитель) до белоснежных полотенец. Особенно приятно было внимание хозяина: в холодильнике нас ждали напитки и пиво, а для детей — сладости. Хозяин очень радушный и гостеприимный, благодаря чему отдых получился по-настоящему тёплым и домашним. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё!"

"В домі чисто, є все необхідне для комфортного перебування.Нас зустрів власник, все розповів, пояснив, підказав де магазини, ресторан зі смачною рибою. Власник турботливо залишив кілька пляшок з водою у холодильнику, кілька пляшок пива та цукерки для дітей. Попередив про неможливість пиття води з крану, але закупив для нас бутель з питною водою. Зверху ми мали дві кімнати з душовою та кухнею, внизу ще кімната з душовою, що було дуже зручно. Є газовий гриль, балкон та тераса для комфортного відпочинку на повітрі. В домі два кондиціонери, що рятують в спеку. 2 холодильника, що теж зручно при великій групі людей."
"Єдиний мінус для нас це поверхня для готування їжі, а саме електроплита на 1 каструлю, що було незручно та займало багато часу, оскільки ми готували майже цілий час вдома на 6 осіб."
