"Locație excelentă, la 2 minute de mers de Parcul Trandafirilor. Apartament spațios cu aer condiționat, cu baie și bucătărie, curățel și foarte luminos. Posibilitate de parcare în jurul blocului. Am avut inclusiv produse de curățat la dispoziție, fier de călcat, aspirator etc."
