The bath robes are an upmarket touch, but the scratchy old towels and flimsy toilet paper your fingers go straight through are the sort of thing you'd expect in a cheap hostel rather than a $90/nt hotel."

"The staff is friendly and polite. They don't speak good English, but they do their best. I communicated very nicely with them as I speak a bit of Russian and two words in Romanian - Moldovan. The location is excellent. Nice bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood."
