"New building, new apartment, new everything. Extremely well equipped, kitchen with full fridge, induction plate, electric oven, microwave, even a washer and a dryer; AC, TV, comfortable bed. Pretty close to city centre, main park and restaurants. 3 min away from a supermarket. On a very quiet street with no noise from cars or people, it' s almost as living in the countryside."
