"Возможен круглосуточный заезд и самостоятельное заселение. Оживленный район, недалеко находятся магазины. В кухне есть все необходимое: холодильник, газовая плита, духовка, посуда, моющие средства. Новострой. Есть отдельная спальня. Душевая кабина в хорошем состоянии. Подходит для короткого проживания, например, остановиться перед вылетом, или для решения краткосрочных дел."

"Сложности с парковкой автомобиля, трудно найти свободное место. Возможно из-за погоды и низкой температуры на улице, в квартире было холодно, сквозняки, общий коридор не отапливался. Нет возможности самостоятельно регулировать температуру в квартире. Не подходит для длительного проживания, на мой взгляд. Для меня было недостаточно вежливости со стороны хозяев."

"Файний апартамент, чисто, дешево зручно. Хороші хазяї, дуже привітні, приємний район, дуже симпатичний, почувались там як вдома"

"Очень удобное месторасположение квартиры. Немного пройтись и уже находишься на главной улице района, где много магазинов и транспорт с которым можно доехать в любую точку города Кишинева. Понравилось то, что владельцы квартиры не беспокоили и не приходили. Оставили нам ключи и все эти дни мы могли жить в их квартире не беспокоясь. Спасибо. Было все необходимое для пребывания: посуда, утюг с доской, фен, полотенца, стиральная машинка, балкон с сушилкой для белья, и.т.д. Хотелось подметить то, что в этой квартире помещаются максимум четыре человека. Кровати удобные. Ванная тоже удобная с душевой. Нам все понравилось."

"Situata in zona centrale e molto comoda da raggiungere sia dalla stazione che dall'aeroporto. Ottima base per un soggiorno nella capitale Moldava. La camera è piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario: climatizzatore, frigo, microonde, bollitore. Molto disponibile e gentile il personale"

"This is the first time I've seen such a neatly designed place. Last year when I was in Chisinau, I was fooled by the Booking.com owner, so I was very hesitant to choose a place this year. This place, however, feels more comfortable in person. It was a nice touch to have separate TVs in the kitchen and living room, and the smart TVs were a plus. The floors in all the rooms were very warm, which I really appreciated. It was a nice touch that the rooms were kept warm until we arrived. The sofa in the kitchen also opens up, so even a big family can stay here. As a Virgo, I value cleanliness very much, so the cleanliness of the rooms and the abundance of towels were very nice. The host is definitely very generous. I wish the owner woman good luck in this endeavor as a woman."
