"The hotel was like a ghost town, while it was nice there was no communication in relation to almost all amenities/bars restaurants being closed. The hotel has a nice, staff where good. The lobby was nice but drinks are not allowed in the lobby. Of the multiple restaurants most where not open. Two were open when we arrived but by the end of our stay only one was open. We were not made aware of this. Zero communication. Breakfast the first few days was a fine buffet, but due to ramadan on the last day breakfast/ service and the lack of food options was poor. A limited table service breakfast was put in place of the buffet. Even tho the hotel was empty when we tried to eat after sunset in the only restaurant still open, we were discouraged by staff as it was a Muslim only meal which we actually wanted to try. We ended up getting iver priced room service and beer instead.. Booked a Taxi company taxi to rabat airport it was €40. when I enquired the hotel wanted to charge €120 euro. Overall, staff where friendly. But amenities, price and food quality very inconsistent."

"Everything about this stay was exceptional. From the staff, to the food, to the amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the service is second to none. There is an expectation that rooms will be comfortable and amenities will be great - this hotel absolutely delivered on all these fronts but the stand out thing for me was the staff and the level of service. So much so, that I extended my stay here and have already booked to come back. Mehdi was a super star from before I even arrived right up to checking out. I was there in winter so having the indoor heated pool and sauna was a game changer. Absolutely recommend the Hammam - it was a dream. The food in the restaurant was EPIC. Everything tasted insanely good. The bartender is really talented and was great for conversation. Live music on Saturday night was also a treat. I could go on and on, but this hotel is a really special place!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The colors are light and fresh, the style of the restaurants is as luxurious as cosy and my room was spacious and bright. It's all well taken care of. The breakfast was amazing, a lot to choose from and all of great quality. It's not a place where I would usually stay but as I wanted to treat myself to some relaxation nearby the beach after a few days of work in Rabat I choose this place. The lady at the Spa reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly to me, as was the staff in the breakfast restaurant."

"The difference of the level professionalism of the staff was striking. I was disappointed by the professionalism of some of the staff. The lady at the check in reception did not inform me about anything in the hotel (where to swim, about breakfast, how does it work with the spa etc) and when paying for the tourist tax in cash I did not get the money that was supposed to be given in return, but I felt too flabbergasted about it to ask her about it. The staff at the swimming pool didn't give me a welcoming impression too and although I was the only one there, several sun beds and bottles, glasses etc at beds around me where not taken away, even after an hour. I could see the staff just hanging behind the bar checking their phones. I am new to Morocco so my interpretation could be wrong but this is just now what I've seen in other high quality hotels. It made me feel not welcome and it's the reason why I won't be coming back here."

"The whole staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Mr Mehdi gave us early check-in and we had complimentary fruits and nuts in the room .Everything was very smooth. Breakfast was excellent, the staff there were very friendly , in the spa too . I'll definitely come back next time. Kind regards to everyone 😊"
