"El tracte del personal, la ubicació i tranquilitat"
"Pel preu que té, el bany podria estar millor. Cortina de plàstic tronada que li falta un pam per terra i quan et dutxes ho inundes tot.."
"EL tracte rebut per part del personal estava molt bé. La localització del riad és molt cèntrica i de fàcil accés a la plaça i tots els monuments de la ciutat. El personal de l'hotel ens acompanyava als serveis contractats amb ells i ens va respondre tots els dubtes que vam tenir."

"El Ryad Hamza esta super ben situat, a prop de la plaça. És molt tranquil, i molt fresc. A l'exterior hi havia 47° i a l'habitació no calia ni engegar l'aire. El desdijuni molt bo i amb opció segura per a celíacs. Tant l'habitació com les zones comuns estan molt netes i cuidades. Els nois de recepció són simpàtics i amables, ens han fet sentir com a casa. Quan tornem a Marràqueix aquest serà el nostre Ryad."

"Riad Hamza is located in the centre of the Medina, about 3 minutes walk to the main square. It was a great location for a first visit to Marrakesh. While central it was quiet at night."
"It is a design of Riad to have rooms facing onto the central courtyard. While the Riad is beautiful, having a room with no view was little odd. It would also be nice if the top terrace was made comfortable for visitors to sit in the evening."

"Only small negative was the noise, we did stay during Ramadan but between 11pm and 3am it was quite loud on the street outside with mopeds and bins etc, and even within the riad lots of banging from other guests which isn’t really their fault but it did disturb us a bit"

"L'habitació era molt confortable, neta i amb encant. El propietari molt atent, i l'edifici molt autèntic. El menjar molt correcte. La ubicació per nosaltres va ser molt bona pq buscàvem un allotjament al costat del Palmeral en un poblet petit. És l'únic allotjament en un poblet de 300hab. Si vols et fan una visita guiada pel Palmeral, amb un cost adicional."
