El Riad Marrakech Shambala es troba al barri de Bab Doukkala, a la medina de Marràqueix, i disposa d'una zona de relaxació aquàtica coberta i un saló d'estiu i hivern. "El Riad era preciós. La part de la piscina, les habitacions i les terrasses de l’àtic són molt boniques, a més hi havia silenci i tranquil·litat. Arribàvem tard la primera nit i ens van rebre amb un sopar excel·lent. El millor de tot, sense dubte, el servei. El noi jove que regenta la recepció ens va tractar genial i ens va proporcionar tot el que necessitàvem. Repetiria segur."

"A cozy and nicely decorated riad with comfortable beds and hot water in the shower. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and even gave me breakfast to take away. The riad is a bit far from the city center, so if you want to stay close to everything, this may not be ideal. There was also some noise at times, but overall it was a pleasant stay."

"After searching for where to stay I. Marrakesh, hotels vs Riads, we ended with a Riad in order to experience the culture. It was a great decision. Although there are some things that could be better (WiFi), the experience was really good. We were well taken care of and both Karima and Yunuus went out of their way to make our stay memorable. It was walking distance to the medina and shops as well as some famous places. Overall, a great place to visit and would recommend if you are looking to enjoy the culture."

"A truly unforgettable stay. The riad is a peaceful oasis, beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. What really makes this place special is the staff: incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast by the pool was plentiful, fresh, and delicious — the perfect way to start the day. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Moroccan escape."

"We stayed at Riad Shambala for a short period of time because we travelled to diferent cities in Morocco. Our first night in the country was in Riad Shambala and by accident my friend lost her wallet in our room of the Riad. There arranged to send it to our next Riad for our next city in Fes and recieved it a few days after. They were so carring!! If we go back to Marrakech we will defently pic this Riad once again."
