El Riad Saad està enclavat a la medina de Marràqueix, a tan sols 2 minuts a peu de la plaça de Djemà-el-Fna, i ofereix estades tradicionals. Conjuntament acull un pati central amb una font i una zona de relaxació aquàtica d'immersió i una terrassa amb plantes al terrat. Totes les espais de nit del Riad Saad tenen vistes al pati. El bany, que és privat, té parets de tadelakt i inclou banyera o dutxa i articles de tocador gratuïts. L'esmorzar bufet se serveix cada dia al menjador. A Més s'ofereixen especialitats marroquines per sopar, prèvia reserva. Hi ha WiFi gratuïta a totes les instal·lacions. A prop del riad s'ofereix garatge segur públic, per un suplement. "Good size room, bed was comfortable. Only 1 min walk from the markets, you can't hear the markets just the people staying in the hotel. Would recommend getting the airport shuttle as its a little bit hard to find alone. Only 15 mins from the airport."

"L'habitació era molt confortable, neta i amb encant. El propietari molt atent, i l'edifici molt autèntic. El menjar molt correcte. La ubicació per nosaltres va ser molt bona pq buscàvem un allotjament al costat del Palmeral en un poblet petit. És l'únic allotjament en un poblet de 300hab. Si vols et fan una visita guiada pel Palmeral, amb un cost adicional."
