"Costa una mica trobar el Riad al principi. Està al final d’un carrer i no hi ha cap cartell que ho indiqui abans d’arribar. La gent del barri no ajuda, s’aprofita de la situació i et demana diners. No demaneu ajuda si no el trobeu, truqueu a l’allotjament. A nosaltres ens van demanar cada vegada més diners (30€), i no es conformaven amb menys, al contrari, venien més persones a demanar fins el punt d’acorralar-te a la porta del riad. Després d’això, un cop vam tenir clar on estava el riad, tot excel.lent."

"The Riad was superb and Samara, the manager was excellent, nothin was too much bother. Do take up the offer of using there taxi service, which takes you very nearly to the door. The location is excellent being inside the Medina and in a great location for exploring. We did loads of trips and wee able to walk to the meeting points. Remember though, it is a Riad, local friendly and personal, it is not a hotel with all the services you expect from a hotel."

"The breakfasts were wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable with fresh pillows and crisp and clean sheets. The location is walking distance to touristy and non-touristy areas, and felt very safe even at night."

"The walk-way leading up to the main door is quite underwhelming and a bit over-run by cats (and it smells badly of cats). Thankfully, as soon as you enter the Riad, the smell is gone, and the atmosphere is wonderful."

"It was spotlessly clean and the staff were all delightful. We only had dinner at the Riad on one evening and it was excellent. Samara was very helpful at all times arranging our trips with private car and driver, guides , recommendations etc. She spoke excellent English."

"The Riad Is beautiful and well cared by the owner and the staff. The room maid showed to be carrying a lot, drawing a new composition every day with the bed linen. A beautiful terrace is available to relax in warm evenings. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming."

"We had a wonderful stay at Riad Romance in Marrakech. The staff, and especially the manager Samara, welcomed us very warmly, and from the very first moment we felt truly taken care of. She was extremely helpful — recommending great places to eat, advising us on which hammam to choose, and always happy to answer our questions. She is friendly, kind, and genuinely attentive to guests. The riad is clean and well maintained, and its location is also good, making it easy to explore Marrakech. An additional big plus is that Samara speaks very good English, which made communication easy and pleasant. We would happily return here again and highly recommend this place."
