"Very clean, lovely owners . It is a good place to spend time in Marrakesh, but not as good/high end quality as the pictures and reviews lead it to be. Location is amazing. Breakfast is good."

"The price is misadjusted to the quality of the place. It was just different versus the expectations of the booking photos and the price paid. When we pay what this was in Marrakesh we normally get very good quality and comfort riads, not luxury, but very good. this was just ok. Should get a door for the terrace access, as it was fully open and we had at least two stray cats - very typical in Marocco - get into the kids bedroom and getting comfortable in our luggage.. way too early in the morning."

"Whilst on a quiet backstreet you do have to walk through a street that gets very busy at times to get to the property (but you'll face this if you opt for any very central Riad, so I would still recommend this place)"

"The hosts were so so kind and helpful. Really responsive and gave good guidance and advice on the area, prices of taxis etc. Breakfast was lovely. Seriously, dont bother looking elsewhere for a breakfast while you're here cos you wont find better. The terrace is lovely and quiet in the mornings too."

"The noise. At night time there were locals outside my window talking and shouting every night, and also voices from other people staying really echoes through the building and you can hear everything. I had ear plugs which helped, so recommend just bringing some and you'll be fine."

"We booked last minute and got a room in the patio. The room was quite noise-sensitive regarding outdoor noises (from the patio, guests walking in the staircase, etc.). If you are sensitive to noise, you might need earplugs. The room was nice and clean. The staff we met was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay compared with other Riads. Overall, it’s a quite large Riad which gives it a bit more of a Hotel-feeling. We enjoyed our stay and would come back."

"My only issue was that there so happened to be a group of loud young people staying at the same time as me, they did not respect keeping a low volume during late hours. This combined with the acoustics of the building meant that noise easily travelled into the room."
