"Beautiful peaceful atmosphere, staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful but respectful too. Breakfast was served every morning with a friendly face and they explained what it was. So lovely to try their traditional breakfast and not a free for all of an all inclusive. We had a very reasonably priced meal the night we arrived and they didn’t mind we had been delayed and were quite late. It was all ready for us and not rushed. Room was spotless and fresh towels daily. Fab position for the Secret gardens and cafe Arabe. Lovey white wine and pasta with views of the Atlas Mountains!"

"Unfortunately the pools were too cold to use but it didn’t help that the weather was cold when we arrived. Wasn’t easy to find at first but we should have booked the taxi through the riad instead of booking.com so our mistake."

"The location was exceptional. Right in the heart of Marrakech old town. The host was very nice to us and polite. He provided us with very useful information upon check-in. Room was spacious. Breakfast was great. Despite the Riad being in the middle of Souk, there was no noise in the bedroom and we slept really well. The staff in the Riad were all very kind and polite. Definitely recommended. Definitely would stay in same place if went to Marrakech again. Thank you"

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very kind and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was spacious and very beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was also very quiet, which we really appreciated. From the rooftop terrace, you can see the Atlas Mountains — a truly lovely view. Highly recommended"

"Excellent stay! The location is absolutely perfect — an oasis in the noise, beautiful chaos and bustle of the Medina. Aziz the host was outstanding: warm, welcoming, and always available with helpful tips and recommendations, which really made the experience special. The breakfast deserves a special mention — fresh, and delicious, for a great start to each day. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again."

"We were actually put in their sister riad just down the road, called Riad Contessa, which I assume is very similar (due to a technical issue, and this was sorted way before our visit). The staff were brilliant throughout, the riad was beautiful and location was great. The furthest ‘tourist destination’ are the palaces which are about a 20 minute walk away, and everything else is closer than that. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, and we ate dinner there one evening - be sure to book in advance."
