El Riad Charaï disposa d'una bassa al pati i una terrassa al terrat amb escenari panoràmica sobre les muntanyes de l'Atles. L'establiment està trobat a la medina i l'estació de tren de Marràqueix es troba a 3 minuts amb cotxe. Les unitats d'habitatge i les suites estan decorades de manera elegant amb mobles marroquins. Disposen d'aire condicionat, TV per satèl·lit i paisatge sobre el pati. Algunes així com tenen una llar de foc. Al menjador se serveixen plats tradicionals marroquins i mediterranis, a petició. Cada dia es prepara un fórmula d'esmorzar continental, que es pot prendre a l'habitació. En aquest riad s'ofereixen classes de dansa oriental i de cuina, i així mateix podeu sol·licitar un massatge o un tatuatge de henna, per un suplement. La mesquita de Koutoubia és a 5 minuts amb cotxe del riad i el Reial Club de Golf es troba a 15 minuts amb cotxe.

"This Riad is what made our stay in Marrakech great! Lovely oasis in the medina. Beautiful lounge areas. Good sized pool for the kids. Great roof terraces for sunbathing or dining. Warm indoor lounge with fire for cool nights. Very helpful and friendly staff, and ability to order food and drink, at all times of day. My daughter has a milk allergy and all the staff were very helpful with the food they made in order to give her yummy things to eat. They made her special cakes and breads in the morning so she was not left out from the amazing breakfasts they served!"
"Beds were a bit hard (I was okay but my husband was not). Walls are thin so you can hear water from above coming down if your room is on the ground floor and sound carries from the halls. We only had a few incidents like this so it was not a big deal overall."
