"I have been in Iberostar Saudia for four times. This time was the best. I can see there is lots of improvement in the hotel and I believe this is due to new management. I loved the food, entertainment and the the kindnesses of the staff. It was very clean and well maintained. The Morrocan night was the highlight 😊. I will definitely go back next summer!"

"The hotel arranged a taxi from the train station to the hotel and then to the airport at the end of our stay. The hotel service was friendly. The hotel was clean. The hotel was quiet, nothing disturbed us at night. The beach was clean. There were always plenty of sunbeds by the sea, but not all had an umbrella. We liked the food."

"There was no bar on the beach with different types of drinks, only water. Since the hotel is big, everyone had a fixed time during which they could go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were assigned the latest time, which suited us, but if we had earlier times and had to get up early for breakfast, we wouldn't like it."

"We had a great experience at Iberostar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and nice, with a short distance to the beach, which was a big plus. There was a wide range of activities and entertainment, ensuring there was always something to do. However, there was quite a bit of noise from the music and entertainment from early morning until late at night, which could be a bit disruptive."

"One area for improvement is the towel system. We experienced issues with towels being stolen, and a more efficient system could have been implemented. For example, assigning towels with guests' names and room numbers and collecting them upon checkout would have alleviated the inconvenience of monitoring towels and worrying about theft. We also dined at the hotel's Fes restaurant once, but unfortunately, both the service, staff and the food were very, very disappointing."

"Un établissement très bien situé, plein de piscines, le personnel agréable qui a fait tout le possible pour que nous passions de super vacances chez eux. Commenceront par Hanan à la réception, Houda et Fatima, les serveuses, et Loubna, la fille du ménage, qui sont très sympathiques et professionnels. Nous avons aimé presque tout, il y a plusieurs choses à améliorer."

"Choses à améliorer urgemment, ce sont les matelas de lit, trop durs, tu te réveilles avec un mal de dos chaque matin. Le mobilier très ancien et dégradé, la porte d’entrée cassée, tient à peine fermée. La propreté générale de la chambre (la grille de la climatisation, le bidet, la terrasse et les vitres). La propreté de la plage, les chaises longues jamais nettoyées, plein de moisissures, certains cassés, les parasols déchirés, plein de canettes vides partout, inclus des verres de thé et de bière. Nous sommes restés 11 jours, dans les 11 jours la plage n’a jamais été nettoyée."
