"We live in Latvia and wanted to see a famous Silene resort! Its great, and we love all of it - spa (and the fact that you have it only booked for yourself for a period of time is great), food is super tasty (everything we tried was amazing), we would love to try an Italian restaurant there as well! Massage was OK (7 our of 10) but there's always room for improvement :) (maybe I'm just spoilt with massages)."

"I didn't like that i was not heard correctly by personell. Bare in mind - I spoke Russian with them and most of them are fluent in Russian. First when I booked it, I had a call from their staff member reassuring all the bookings etc. We also communicated that we will have a little child with us and need separate massages etc, he agreed. Although, when we arrived it was not booked as we agreed. Also in the restaurant they did not hear correctly what I ordered and brought another food (not a biggie - we ate it all and after ordered what we wanted as it was amazingly tasty). Overall I didn't feel they generally counted that we gonna come with a child, it wasn't child friendly stay I'd say. Main thing i didn't like was our room- the view was brilliant, although it seems these rooms need some maintenance. The dark spots from black mold in the shower room etc is so so. View from the balcony was brilliant tho!"

"Nice place. Queit..middle of forest. But not cheap. You need to pay for spa area if you wish to go. Restorannt amazing...breakfast i never seen before. Just perfect."

"I had an amazing experience at Silene Resort Spa. The exceptional service truly stood out, as the staff was incredibly client-oriented, making our stay feel personalized and special. Despite a few comfort-related issues during our stay, the hotel personnel went above and beyond to ensure our utmost comfort, making the experience truly enjoyable. The food was delightful, adding to the overall positive impression. The surrounding area of the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful, offering a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. Needless to say, we're already planning our return to this wonderful resort."

"The resort offers wonderful scenery since it is located in the middle of the forest and the territory is kept very clean, yet you can feel the nature at every step. The staff was very kind as well. I highly recommend booking a SPA together with your stay, yet note that it should be booked in advance since only one company is allowed per visit (which provides extra intimate experience)."

"While the resort claims 4 stars, you have to pay for every minor thing (e.g. rental for basketball, volleyball, bicycle, etc.). For this price level I would expect that some of the things are included in the price and offered as complimentary. Also I would expect that a resort which claims 4 stars would proactively call to offer a restaurant reservation or SPA reservation, yet, I had to call multiple times to multiple employees to gather some clarity on this."
