"It’s central. Hassle free self-check in. Great shower. Clean room. Very good value for money."
"The doors (metal) are so loud you are woken up if there is more than just yourself staying. The lights in hallway are sensor triggered but I had to jump and move few steps to get them working (and it is pitch black if you need to use facilities during a night) No cork screw despite an artwork on the wall with tens of them. Otherwise kitchen was well equipped. Not hostel’s fault but other guest (male) left the toilet seat up all the time! Honestly, I think that should be in the rule book!!!"

"Third return stay, it is still like new, very well maintained. The best shower I have experienced anywhere. Very clean , large room with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped."
"The fire alarm went off at 4:00am for 45 minutes disturbing our sleep. Tried contacting the offsite host but no reply. I suspect the dodgy Russian speaking ethnic guests were smoking in their dormitory."
"A cute little hostel in the heart of a small town, and even above a library, which just adds to the charm. Very quiet place. Convenient check-in and check-out system, very clean, kitchen has everything for cooking and heating food, shower and toilet are clean."

"It was very modern and absolutely clean. Beds were comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, free tea and coffee. Two showers and two toilets, which means no one has to wait. Everything is perfect."

"Very clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We have returned after visiting nearly 2 years ago and the hostel remains just like new! We always book the room with a toilet and shower. The bedroom is large, with a table and chairs and has a beautiful view of the church - see photo! The shower is perfect - everything in this hostel seems to have been carefully considered and designed. The location is excellent, being 2 minutes walk away from 3 different supermarkets yet still is very quiet and relaxing. The castle is opposite and there are many scenic walks in Rauna. An excellent cafe / restaurant is next to the hostel that serves delicious food at very reasonable prices."
