"A charmingly located cottage. Close to an empty beach. Everything you need in the house. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem on hot days, the temperature in the house was comfortable. Beautiful garden. A good base for trips around the area: Kuldiga, Liepaja, Ventspils."
"The lack of mosquito nets on the windows meant that flies got inside. The kitchen equipment was a bit worn."

"We rented one of the tents and it was really nice, it's quite distant from other tent and facilities, so it gives privacy but also everything is nearby. The surroundings are well maintained, facilities basic, but good enough so all in all it's a great location for a short period of time though slightly on the expensive side."

"Quiet location near the Baltic Sea. Almost empty beach. It was great to have 2 sinks in the kitchen (to avoid traffic with other guests wanting to wash dishes). Large space in the common dining area. Quick staff reaction solving occurred issues."
"I was hoping that the bedrooms would have windows (especially facing the sea). It only had skylights. It was difficult to cover them from the morning sunlight. Small bathroom and toilet shared with the neighbours in the block. The children had to sleep on a floor mattress."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
