L'Aparte Lux està col·locat en una casa de fusta, que ha estat reformada fa poc, del centre de Jūrmala, al costat del carrer de Jomas i a 200 metres del mar. "Iš karto pasitiko labai malonūs šeimininkai. Puiki vieta ir puikūs apartamentai. Parkingas kieme. Labai tvarkinga ir visur švaru. Apartamentai yra netoli Jomas gatvės taip pat netoli jūra. Viskas labai patiko. Ačiū šeimininkams."
