"As usual all the staff were very friendly & efficient. The hotel was spotless and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Only minor issue was the air con setting off our smoke alarm but this will no doubt be fixed for our next trip."

"Room was a nice size, modern and came with a free rubber duck in the bathroom. Breakfast was ample buffet style. Restaurant was very nice, we were travelling with a larger group so had pre-ordered the food; worked well and food was very nice."
"When checking in they asked if I wanted to pay for the room or put a deposit down, I opted for the deposit since I was probably going to add some drinks etc to the room and then sort out the bill in the morning.. Given that the room was about £100, the deposit they put a hold on from the bank was £250. Annoyingly the bar nor restaurant wouldn't let me put any drinks/food on the room anyway so what was the option for ? When I checked out in the morning the difference was refunded to the account and only the room amount was actually taken. Seems a strange way to do things."
"Very good location, if you have a car, it’s easy drive to Luxembourg, to Mullerthal, to Trier etc Quiet and secure. Large rooms, good restaurant on premises."
"For a four star property, the quality of the pillows and towels are really a let down. It also is a bit tired in terms of furniture, but very comfortable and spacious. Staff are very helpful and nice."

"The position of the hotel, close to the airport, makes it perfect for a business trip in Luxembourg. The room was clean, well equipped and properly insulated from noise ensuring a good rest. All the staff membership were kind and professional."
