"Erg mooi, comfortabel en ruim huis. Met veel aandacht voor detail in de jaren zeventig gebouwd en die stijl straalt het echt nog wel steeds uit, op een goeie manier. Prachtig uitzicht, goeie voorzieningen. Ook de garage was erg handig om de fietsen te stallen. Op korte afstand zijn er prachtige wandelingen en mountainbike routes"
"Het was wat kaal omdat er bijvoorbeeld geen gordijnen waren (wel luiken); daarnaast wat kleinigheden zoals een badkamerdeur die niet goed sluit etc."
