"The owner is very annoyed. He doesn't get to know the guests at all at first - He doesn't show them where and how. The grill was under a special canopy (where the fire pit is also). But then he comes out and pulls the grill out into the grass and says that a grill can't be there. The owners live 4 meters away from the house itself. The walls of the owner's house are made of cardboard - Because the music was playing at the lowest volume, but it's like we're disturbing them with "bass", although the neighbors were playing louder bass and probably heard it. because we had music playing indoors. Also, the chair was broken and was rocking a lot before that - Then when I sat down (75kg), the chair broke and I hit my back and arm nerve! would recommend to people - Who go to bed around 9pm and don't talk to each other in company"

"1. The place is very special and it is like a soul of Lithuania or a very nice example of one of Lithuanian families. The flag is in the middle of the beautiful garden and a pool that has running water gives a good Lithuanian vibe. As an extra the guy was I think a good rally driver because he had plenty of trophies on the shelf. 2. They have everything you need like comfy beds (slept like a baby), plenty of space, dishes, slippers, toothbrushes, fridge, home-made honey and some souvenirs for sale. Places to chill outside with some cold ones. 3. There is a very good swimming place in the river nearby (around 500m). Easy to walk there. We wouldn't have noticed it if it wasn't for Scent yard."

"All the major things were there, just some minor complains. 1. The big towels were a little too small. The bigger ones were more like daytime bed blankets. 2. A little confusing entry. Booking app had all arrival times available like 01:00 - 02:00. I mean we selected 14:00- 15:00, but check in info says you can do it starting from 15:00. Arrived an hour earlier and had no reaction to the doorbell. Called the host and she said that check in at 15:00 and sent me 2 messages. Luckily we went to swim in the river nearby. What if I would've selected the night time and would've been confused where to go? Then I wouldn't want to call them and wake their family up. The garden gate might have been locked before 3, because I remember trying it, but maybe I didn't use enough force because I was scared to break it. If this error is from Booking.com side, I hope they fix it soon. 3. Shower pressure is a little small. I think it is affected by having the same water source as the pool and maybe the host house and other 2 guest houses."

"A great place to relax with the whole family or company. Beautiful territory with full access, clean apartments with everything you need, comfortable beds, clean linen and towels, fast Wi-Fi. The pool, sauna, barbecue area, hammocks and so on, everything is very cozy and lovingly and tastefully decorated. The owners have delicious honey of their own that you can buy. We have already stayed there twice and we will be happy to come again if we are in those lands."

"We enjoyed the spacious house, air conditioning and pool outside were perfect for hot days, very wide double bed. Dog friendly place and access to the garden, quiet location. We had enough space for our whole household (baby + 2 dogs). Contactless check-in was smooth, we received clear instructions before our stay. ."

"Wifi was slow (~5 Mb/s). It is probably good enough for simple browsing, but my husband was working during the days of our stay and he had to use mobile hot spot. Since we used the owners garden but never met the owners (except for a brief moment when clean sheet was delivered) it was unclear which spaces we can go to and I felt a bit uncomfortable as if intruding. If contactless check in is preferred by the owners, maybe some instructions regarding use of common space could be included in the welcome message or a map left inside the house."

"Hot water boiler too small. We run out of hot water after two people, but we were four. So the rest of us needed to wait, or go to shower next morning. And toilet flush button sometimes did not close the water tank, and it kept flowing."
