"Es war alles sehr angenehm. Super Ausstattung, alles neu und gepflegt. Vermieterin wohnt direkt in der Wohnung nebenan, wäre bei Schwierigkeiten schnell kontaktierbar. (hatten aber keinen Bedarf). Parken, auch zu sehr später/früher Stunde, entweder direkt vor dem Haus oder in naher Umgebung kostenfrei möglich. Zu Fuß sind problemlos grosse Supermärkte, Restaurants und der Strand erreichbar. (alles jeweils ebenerdig, ohne Treppen). Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 3 Stock ohne Aufzug. Ob es eine separate Schallisolierung gibt, weiss ich nicht, aber wir haben nie einen Ton von den anderen Bewohnern des Hauses gehört. Fazit : 100% Empfehlung. Fit, Wäscheständer alles da. Bloss Waschpulver und Klammern muss man selbst mitbringen. Waschmaschine durch übliche Symbole problemlos nutzbar."
