Gera garso izoliacija, geras vėdinimas ir vėsinimas. Puiki lokacija, ramioje Preilos vietoje. Šalia dviračių takas, kuriuo galima važiuoti tiek į Nidą, tiek į Smiltynę ar prie jūros. Gražu ne tik viduje, bet ir kieme. Visiškai šalia matomos marios, vidinio kiemo augalija ir pušynas. Puikiai praleidome laiką su šeima. Rekomenduojame."
