"Clean and comfortable. We ended up with a 2 bedroom unit so did not have the apartment relating to the pictures. The communication was good, the place was quite nice and worked well for a quick overnight on our way through."
"After we booked the one bedroom apartment and had confirmation for our 4 person family the host messaged to say the apartment was better for 2-3 people and they have a larger 2 bedroom/ 3 bed unit that may work better. I thought that was a nice complimentary gesture until they messaged to say it was going to be double the price. I replied that we would just stay in the original one bedroom (listing says up to 4 people) as our boys were happy to sleep on the hide-a-beds as per the listing description. She then confessed that actually the room we booked was not available, so then offered a much lower price to accommodate us. We still paid more than originally planned however it was later in the day and did not want to start a search over again. The place ended up fine, good value, was clean/ comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We just felt that the host should have been honest upfront rather than seeing if we would pay double first…"
