"Best location ever! So close to the ocean you can walk straight to it at 5 AM for a morning swim. Great swimming pool, and the Green Turtle restaurant was awesome."

"Beautiful place next to a river and the mangrove bushes. The lady at the service desk speaks very good English. That’s was very helpful. The excursion to the monkeys was very fun and the boat tour was beautiful!"

We had a cockroach in our room

"excellent breakfast, efficient staff, nice location to visit Gent and other places. Good selection of restaurants nearby whereby the owner assisted in providing the available options. Linnen was good including the towels."

The showerhead is located halfway through the shower cubicle which meant that a lot of water came inside the bathroom while taken a shower. The ventilator didn't operate in the bathroom which meant that a small window was left open in the bathroom for ventilation. The drawback was ingress of mosquitoes into the room/bathroom. The lighting in the room could be enhanced, often we felt that the room was too dark.

"What an awesome place! Middle of the jungle with a great pool, nice coctails and nice food. The staf was very nice and went above and beyond to help us. We forgot some luggage and they helped us retreiving it. So nice!"

"Cabanyes a tocar de l'entrada del parc, encara que fora del mateix. Ben equipades, espacioses i calefacció correcte. Persona de recepció agradable, tot i que sols la vàrem veure uns minuts al arribar."

Molt mal indicada la seva via d'entrada. Vàrem haver de preguntar a un hotel veí per saber com arribar-hi (el GPS t'envia a un altre lloc). Cal posar indicadors clars a l'entrada del camí. Zona d'entrada i aparcament absolutament plena de fang, ja que havia plogut... cosa molt normal allí. Sort que tenen un carret que facilita dur els equipatges, però estaria be que es cuides aquests problema.

They’re clean and warm, have all the things you need to cook a pretty decent dinner for a couple of people and there’s even sponges and dish soap at the property. The huts are very warm and they stay that way during the night so you won’t be cold. The owner is great and is quick to offer whatever help you need. It’s a quiet place without many people going through and you can’t hear anything going on in the other houses. The WiFi is very good and each hut has its own router."

The towels provided are every small (basically hand towels) - that’s not bad really but it’d be nice if that information was provided. Kind of no place to put your skis and snowboards except on the small terrace - unless you’d like them in your bedroom - but that’s not a big problem.

Would have been nice if pool had been heated - a bit cool in the late afternoon for a swim. Recognize this would differ seasonally.

"Habitacions correctes. Amb zona de spa (inclòs en el preu) amb sauna suau, sauna finlandesa, hammam i zona de relax. Esmorzar casolà, molt bo i complet. En mig del bosc, molt agradable i tranquil. A 10 minuts en cotxe del telecadira als llacs de Rila. Personal molt amable. Tenen restaurant (s'hi pot dinar i sopar)"

"The room was beautiful opening up to a sea view. Could go kayaking from just outside the room. The lodge had kayaks and life jackets available to guests. Could also go fishing or swimming - just idyllic! The staff were also really helpful. I would most definitely stay here again."

"This property was tucked away in the rain forest. Alejandro was exceptional, his knowledge of nature and the beneficial properties of plants from his garden which he had specifically grown was like having a professor with us all the time. He and His wife Christiana also incorporated some of the fruit and vegetables into our stunning breakfasts which were freshly prepared each morning.. Alejandro was incredibly helpful booking restaurants. He always greeted us with a smile and was a perfect host. We felt perfectly relaxed by the end of the stay."

Would have liked more light, and water pressure but to be honest we didn’t mention it to him so he could fix it.

"L'espai és preciós, la remodelació de les habitacions està feta amb molt de gust i conservant l'essència d'una casa d'una zona rural muntanyosa. L'habitació espaiosa. És tal i com s'ensenya a Booking. Constava de : zona de dormir + una zona de sala d'estar+ un bany, i una zona exterior amb una taula i dos cadires. El tracte també ha estat perfecte."

No hi ha res que m'hagi desagradat, però per dir una cosa, m'agradaria haver tingut una miqueta més de llum a l'habitació, tant sols un llum auxiliar per una estona de lectura.
