"The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfest was generous and you could request for coffee or tea when ever you feel like. Sitting on the terrace and looking at monkeys passing by on trees and seeing little birds was lovely. Location is great, very close to the beach and also restaurants but calm at the same time, no traffic noice. The owner makes cooking lessons, I was lucky to have a little lesson how to make traditional sri lankan foods even though we didnt have much time."

"Der Bruder & seine Schwester die das Hostel führen sind sehr liebevolle und freundliche Menschen! Die Unterkunft ist zwar sehr einfach ausgestattet aber es reicht für wenige Tage. Cooking Class sehr zu empfehlen!"

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."
