"Very nice place in Ella. Just a little 3 min walk from city’s centre you are in a very calm spot in the middle of the jungle. Room en bathroom is nice, comfortable and clean. Every morning they prepare very tasteful breakfast which is more than enough to start your day. Because you are surrounded by trees we could see monkeys during breakfast. The people who are working there are very kind and helpful. They helped arranging transport to different activities and it was possible to wash our clothes here. Definitely would recommend this place if you want a calm place which is still very close to the city’s centre."

"The couple that run this place is so lovely and welcomed us with tea on arrival! Bathroom has an amazing hot water shower - the warmest we had in Sri Lanka. So nice after a day outdoors. Location is absolutely perfect, it’s just a tiny bit out of town centre so it’s more quiet, but it’s right next to an amazing cafe (umbrella cafe) and amazing massage place - definitely try both. Also right next to the trail for Nine Arch bridge walk - amazing"

"Nice location, a block back from the main street. Walkable to the beach and easy to access restaurants and shops. Room was basic but clean and tidy with a nice balcony. We arrived early and were able to relax in the outdoor area and use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready."
