Nestled away 25 km away from Kandy city centre, The Kandy Samadhicentre offers traditional Ayurvedic espai balneari treatments and a rooftop menjador. Guests can also enjoy free wired intermantingut all public areas. Set on an abandoned tea estate, this peaceful property is located a 10-minute walk from Kukul Oya Bus Stand and 136 km away from Bandaranaike International Airport with shuttle services available at a surcharge. Offering river views, fan-cooled rooms are fitted with clean linen sheets and a writing table. All the rooms are decorated with authentic Sri Lankan antiques and some rooms are with open bathroom with antique bath tubs. Guests at Kandy Samadhicentre can enjoy a traditional massage or indulge in bird-watching activities. A 24-hour reception will be happy to assist with laundry services and room service. Breakfast can be served in the room upon request. Bistrot at Samadhi is an open menjador where guests can enjoy organically produced food, cooked in a traditional firewood kitchen.

"Incredibile retreat in the midst of the jungle. The decor is so researched - hands down one of the most beautiful room I have stayed in a hotel - every detail is studied and so fitting. Meals nurturing and wholesome and the ayurvedic treatment was unique.... Staying at samadhi has been the best choice of our Sri Lanka trip!"

"What a wonderful place to relax & recharge. The location is fabulous & the rooms are huge & comfortable. I had a sofa & a chaise in mine & made good use of them both. I had a cold whilst I was here & I couldn’t have wished for a better place to recover. I spent a lot of time resting on the sofa, looking out at the sea of green, listening to the sound of the river & the birds singing"

"10/10, if you are looking for a retreat in the middle of the nature, with delicious typical Sri Lanka food and a spiritual experience immerse in a beautiful well decorated site and rooms, you should stop by. They offered Ayurveda treatments, yoga lessons,.cookery class and there are plenty of waterfalls and beautiful spots for hikings. The staff is always very gentle and around to support. Of you are expecting best WiFi connections, not willing to connect with natures and animals and looking for western food and commodities look for something else."
