"The beach is just 15 minutes by walk. Very nice hosts. The breakfast was very delicious. Comfortable bed. There is a mosquito net over it."
"The fan is very loud but it had to be on because it was very hot in the room. You have to buy your own toilet paper. No matter how much you close the window, the top part is open, letting in mosquitoes and heat."

"I had an amazing stay here! The room is very basic but got everything you need. The host really looks after you. There's a shared inside bathroom and also an outdoor shower which I enjoyed using so much! The location is ideal, as it's a walkable distance from everywhere. If you're not looking for something too fancy but a beautiful little guesthouse for the best price in town, this is your gem!"

"I came for one night and now It's been 8 nights, already. Having stayed with a local family made me feel at home. They are super kind and the lady cooks delicious local breakfast. I had my own room with mosquitoe net and powerful fan. The distance from the beach is walkable. The neighbourhood is really quiet and nice garden with a hamock. Super recomendable ! =)"

"We had such a good, memorable time here. Taken very well care of by Manju (the owner), we enjoyed a very comfortable stay in the wild, off the beaten track, with beautiful nature all around us. The food was delicious and filling, vegetarian and vegan diets catered for completely. They lit us a fire one night and we enjoyed dinners by candlelight every night. The beds were super comfy and the large hut that we stayed in was very spacious - good for all bags and clothes. Manju organised our safari day and our trip to a local beach. He was ready to meet our every need and was very kind and friendly with our children too."

"Everything was exceptional - the staff, the property, the location, the food, the animal visitors. The food was the best we experienced in Sri Lanka by far and having the ability to visit the bigger sister hotel whenever we needed a change of scenery was perfect.
