"The location of the property is brilliant just outside of the busy road, but still in walking distance/ close to popular restaurants and my boyfriend’s favourite part was that the location is right in-front of devils point. The hotel also has an upstairs terrace with is a great to place to chill late afternoon / evening. When we stayed there is a bar downstairs and upstairs on the terrace however these were closed as the original owner has just retook over the hotel and is therefore waiting for a licence to sell alcohol."

"Very close to the town but a little bit far to walk in the mid day heat! The owner and receptionist were lovely and very friendly. I loved the rooftop terrace too. Very comfortable room and great value for money"

"Came here for a few days with my friend. The location is in between many different spots and just in front of a good one. We were greeted with smiles and the couple owners had a nice conversation with us. Good english also from the stuff, it was nice to have the opportunity to ask for tips. There is a terrace to leave the surfboards, equipment etc with also ping pong table. The rooftop where you have breakfast is AMAZING, looking directly at the spot and Davil Rock. Amazing breakfast too. Rooms clean and nice. Only good vibes"

"Great, clean budget rooms with a beautiful view. Right next to the beach, comfortable beds, good bathrooms. Do opt for the additional breakfast, the omelettes and fresh juice were excellent and a great start to the day. The staff always greeted with a smile, will definitely come here again."

"Stunning views of the ocean and Devil's Rock Surf point from the roof top bar and lounge area. The roof top has really nice chill areas. Nice Italian food in the restaurant. Very nice breakfast. Spacious bedroom. Very friendly staff. The hotel arranged for a taxi from Colombo airport which worked out very well"
